A library of second-order models for synchronous machines
This paper presents a library of two-dimensional state-space models for salient-pole and round-rotor synchronous machines. The dynamic states of the models are the power angle, and the angular speed, and the fidelity of the models is verified through a simulation-based comparison of the response of the proposed models with that of a high-order model, and that of the so-called classical model.
متن کاملa study on thermodynamic models for simulation of 1,3 butadiene purification columns
attempts have been made to study the thermodynamic behavior of 1,3 butadiene purification columns with the aim of retrofitting those columns to more energy efficient separation schemes. 1,3 butadiene is purified in two columns in series through being separated from methyl acetylene and 1,2 butadiene in the first and second column respectively. comparisons have been made among different therm...

The AdvancedMachines Library: Loss Models for Electric Machines
This paper presents how losses of electric machines are modeled as an extension of the Modelica.Electrical.Machines library. The theoretical background of the different loss models is elaborated and a Modelica implementation – the AdvancedMachines Library – is presented. Additional examples demonstrate the usage of the library.
